1. Sovereign Merchant Data Ownership
At Omnikhor, we operate on a strict data sovereignty principle. All end-customer data, catalogs, customer profiles, and order ledgers belong exclusively to you (the merchant). We never monetize, aggregate, rent, or sell your commercial data to third-party advertisers.
2. Dedicated Database & Cloud Isolation
Every store instance is backed by isolated cloud architecture with dedicated schema isolation on Neon Serverless PostgreSQL. Customer data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256 standard encryption.
3. Payment Card Processing & Financial Security
Omnikhor does not store, capture, or log customer credit card numbers. All card transactions are tokenized and processed directly by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 Service Provider). Manual bank wire proof slips and transaction reference codes are stored encrypted for merchant auditing only.
4. Client-Side Preferences & Cookies
We use essential cookies and browser local storage strictly for functional purposes: maintaining staff authentication sessions, shopping cart continuity, and storing user interface theme preferences (Light / Dark / System). We do not employ third-party tracking cookies on merchant digital storefronts.
5. Global Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)
Merchants have full authority to export, anonymize, or permanently delete customer data upon request via the Workplace Console, adhering strictly to global privacy regulations.
6. Data Privacy Contact
